pics r completely not acceptable, they shown pics of Neibour hotel merged with 2 pics this hotel, based on that I booked n cheated by those

The bed's wood work was unfinished and the edges were really sharp which actually gave me scratches each time i was near it. There were a few cockroaches and that problem got resolved with spray. The room was spacious possibly because i got room for 3 with 3 beds and i was staying alone. The breakfast is served in the hotel which is a part of this hotel chain and it was across the road as there is no kitchen or dining area in this hotel. The bathroom was big and spacious. It felt like i was living in a hostel as there was no one to help me with my luggage. All the staff were very sweet and cooperative.

There is no hygiene maintained in the room. Charges is too high for the room. Ac is not working properly.

Location was so easy to find as it is located in most primary part of the city and amenities are no, i can’t say they gave any amenities, the hospitality was very poor while we call they don’t even respond correctly and there was a menu in the room but no room service the restaurant is also not there in the hotel they don’t even tell directions, over priced for this hotel
